This is a binding agreement. By using the website ("Site") or any services provided in connection with the Site (the "Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service, as they may be amended by us from time to time in our sole discretion.

Nexus provides an anonymous, ephemeral 1-on-1 chat service. Conversations are not stored on our servers and are permanently deleted from memory when the chat session ends. You are responsible for your own communications and for any consequences thereof.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of another's privacy.
• Promote or engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to terrorism, hate speech, or the exploitation of minors.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," or any other form of solicitation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service.

We reserve the right to implement measures to block users who violate these terms, though our ability to do so is limited by the anonymous nature of the service.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Nexus, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

6. Privacy and Data

Our service is designed for privacy. We do not store chat logs, IP addresses, or any personally identifiable information after a chat session is terminated. All chat data is held in temporary memory and is irretrievably discarded when the session ends.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
